"Wir hatten einen groĂartigen Aufenthalt in unserem Appartment. Der Service vor Ort war sehr gut. Vor allem der tĂ€gliche Brötchenservice hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Anlage, der Pool und das Appartment waren immer sauber und gepflegt. Am Besten hat uns der Blick in die Berge vom Balkon aus gefallen. Wir wĂ€ren gerne noch lĂ€nger geblieben und wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen."

"Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und GeschÀfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwÀhnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer.
Mit dem GÀstepass konnten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Museen...
"Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ruhig in einer SeitenstraĂe gelegen, aber trotzdem zu FuĂ oder ĂŒber den nahen Bus in wenigen Minuten gut mit dem Stadtzentrum verbunden. Generell könnte die Anlage mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Viele EinrichtungsgegenstĂ€nde in unserem Appartement stammten aus den 1980er Jahren. Der Empfang und auch der Service war sehr freundlich. Den Preis fĂŒr das angebotene FrĂŒhstĂŒck (ca. 28 Euro pro Erwachsener und 17 Euro pro Kind) haben wir mit Blick auf das doch recht ĂŒberschaubare...

"I have stayed at many hotels around the world, and I have never experienced such rudeness from a staff member. Our flight was cancelled, which caused us to lose a night in Italy. We caught the next available flight and then had a five-hour drive to the hotel. Unfortunately, check-in closed at 7 PM and we arrived at 7:30 PM. While I completely understand we were late, the hostile and unwelcoming way we were treated was totally unacceptable. Instead of even a hint of empathy, we were met with unnecessary attitude. With so many gorgeous hotels nearby, I would strongly suggest staying elsewhere. This place is absolutely not worth the stress."
"The property is excellent. Very clean, spacious, good beds and bathroom. The location is in one way superb, close to all the things a visitor to Merano is eager to see. "It is a little confusing on how to get to the hotel since it is in restricted car area, but the hotel is conveniently located within a couple of blocks of the main shopping area. Parking is available at an extra charge. There is a great trail right above the hotel. The owners are there to make sure that your stay is enjoyable and served a wonderful breakfast. You can ask for eggs cooked however you want them in addition to the continental breakfast. I highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel! "
