"We enjoyed our stay! Great location for visiting Cairns as well as the Daintree and Kuranda rainforests. The condo is in a small complex with private residents. It was very clean, but lacked basic supplies (spatula, sponge, paper towels, etc).
A few issues that arose:
The hours for the front desk were a bit limiting if you were out and about exploring and coming back in the evening. We had to plan to be back in time to get extra TP and laundry soap.
The parking garage under the building was extremely tight and had faulty gate sensors which almost caused us to miss our snorkeling excursion when it was stuck halfway open and we had to troubleshoot it on our own as the front desk was not open yet (730 am). We ended up parking on the street after that. The gate was left open the rest of our stay and not fixed.
The guest shower was missing a glass door and was just "open concept" which my kids did not enjoy so everyone just used the master shower.
Our kids used the pool but the hot tub was not heated, not sure if that is only due to it being off-season or not.
Overall, we would stay there again but if you are expecting a turnkey condo with a ton of amenities (we weren't) then maybe this isn't for you. If you want a place close to the beach in a quiet setting between Cairns and the rainforests, where you can cook your own meals, then it's perfect!"
