"Small hotel, needs a refresh, carpet is pulling up and has rolls from all the suitcases. Bed is extremely hard as are the pillows. If you’re in a pinch and don’t want to leave the airport you will get a captive audience hotel."

"Fabricated bathrooms No facial tissues Bathroom was rather small. I guess it was ok for a one night stay. Not sure I would call it GRAND HOTEL it’s conveniently located. Should spend more money on upgrading the rooms rather than the lobby. My two cents"

"The breakfast is average , sometimes below average, needs to be organized better, sometimes a long queue, the food is not diverse , limited variety, needs to be more international. There is also language barrier, the restaurant staff’s english knowledge is very limited, needs to have at least basic english knowledge at an international hotel . "

"We had a fantastic stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel in Yokohama. The room was super spacious, clean and modern. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were great and the views were beautiful. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay and the hotel had a nice calm, luxury feeling to it. The facilities were excellent and everything felt very well maintained. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yokohama!"

"Breakfast was amazing definitely recommend getting it. The staff were very helpful, we wanted to ship our luggage to the next hotel and the staff brought it themselves as their shipping service was unable to bring it there and wished us a good trip in Japan and apologized for the inconvenience. We are very grateful for that."

"The cleaning in my room was inconsistent. The area for putting my toiletries and tea items was limited. And I understand that my items were untidy. But most hotels still manage to clean up and tidy a guest’s belonging while maintaining a professional attitude and sense of security. Also the housekeeping staff was loud during their shift and were calling each other in the corridor. Not all stay guests leave the room, especially if they are staying overnight. More discrete conversations and attention to their volume of their voices should be considered. "
