"The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The Shrine behind it, the koi pond, and all the lovely paths made our stay truly special. Plus, the 6-minute walk to Shinagawa Station made getting around Tokyo super easy. The Patio restaurant and the hotel bar/restaurant both had fantastic service and food. We were a bit surprised to find a 7-Eleven in the lobby, which was a great treat when we needed a late-night snack."
