"Very clean and very comfortable. They are very vague about you putting everything back. Does it mean you have to wash all of your dishes and put them back exactly? Communication was lacking. Of the two emails I sent, I never got a response. I left some stuff there and asked if it was found and they decided not to answer me. I ended up leaving it there so I suppose someone else is not enjoying it."

"We booked the hotel the day of the trip as we had change plans due to Typhoon Haishen. When we entrance to the hotel was blocked with a rope and they did not answer the phone. There was noone to get any information, we did not get a cancellation or a notification. We were left in the typhoon with nowhere to go and struggled to find anything for hours during when the weather got really bad. "The service staff is very helpful. We bought wine and watermelon and asked if we can have wine opener and knife to cut but they offer to help us instead, the service staff even provided wine glass and put the cut watermelon on a platter with presentation. What excellent services. The hotel is very comfortable with good mountain view in the morning. Reasonable breakfast spread too. "
