"Mixed feeling when read reviews, turn out is a good stay, adequate room size, dinner & breakfast are Japanese sets, not bad ! Can view fireworks from room window, take bath in onsen at level one, toilet in the room. Staffs are friendly."

"I did a week of solo snowboarding and had a great time. The shuttle made getting around town very convenient. The hotel restaurants were not the best but they had plenty to choose from with even more options next door. Definitely enjoyed the fact that the lifts were literally right outside. The ski locker made it very convenient and did not cause any problems whatsoever. Thank you Hilton staff."

"They have 2 outdoor onsens, both are wonderful. I especially enjoyed the electronic massage chairs after bathing. Also there’s a fireworks show every night behind the hotel in the summer. "
