"Pros: The house is warm in the cool and cool in the heat, with an amazing view over the Adige valley… We got to try some wine made with the family’s grapes, which was delicious! Carmen was kind and helpful if we needed anything, and has put a lot of thought into providing information about the local area! The area itself is right on the wine route, with easy access to Bozen and the Dolomites… Fabulous place to stay! Cons: Nothing, it was perfect!"

"Pros: The host was kind and even shared some milk free of cost. It was probably the best milk I've tasted. Room was modern and very clean and had almost everything we needed. The dogs are adorable and I will miss them especially Nelly. The town is very small and quiet. Cons: - The guest book was only in Italian and German I wish there was also a section in english (had to use a translator app) 😊"

"Pros: The apartment is very nice and well equiped, with a lot of wooden elements which give it a cosy atmopshere. The location is beautiful and very quiet. You are really surrounded by nature. "Perfect location! In the middle of everything!"

"A very nice older hotel with character. It is well maintained and very clean. We stayed in room 407 for three nights in September, used the AC the first night and it was fine but slept with the windows open the other two nights, not much noise at all. Could only find two English language channels on the TV but not really an issue as we were out most of the time. Internet access was good. There were two electric car chargers in the parking garage, I asked to cost to use them and was told it was a flat rate, I told them my car was a hybrid and that it did not make sense as the rate was for full electric cars, I was again was told it was a flat rate. The hotel should consider another way to charge hybrid cars, while we were there the chargers were mostly not used so you reduce revenue for the hotel and don’t support customers needs, not a good idea. The breakfast is good, lots of choice. The area around the coffee machines needs to be reorganized as is busy and too cramped. After people leave breakfast the tables they are cleared and reset quickly but the table is not cleaned down properly prior to resetting. The bar area is large but not appealing, the decor does not match the rest of the hotel. Would be worth spending some money to make the environment cosy and welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in Trento, driving access is fine."

"Stayed in the hot tub suite. Hot tub was clean and a large size with beautiful views of the mountains and the castle. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself was central to the train station and attractions. We stayed for the wine festival and had a brilliant weekend. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was decent with lots of cold food options. There could have been more hot food. I was surprised to learn that the spa entrance is not included."
