"The hotel is located within a college-campus. We booked an ocean-view room, when we checked in, there was some festival going on, and the room wasn't sound-proof. We asked for a different room, and they moved us to a regular room without even an apology, they're like the festival will be done in 2, 3 hours! The mattress was very uncomfortable. "The property was nice; however, it seemed that construction was not yet completed in the surrounding area and even in the shower. The design, concept, and location are great. The staff were helpful. Laundry service is available, around 500 TRY just for washing. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially with the view. The bed in the room was a bit noisy whenever you moved. Overall, it was an alright stay for one night."

"Viele dinge sind noch ausbaufähig, von der Klimaanlage müsste man den Filter wechseln, Tisch war mit sehr vielen Kratzern beschmückt, manche ecken im Bad waren nicht schön. Tür war Kaputt bzw. konnte man nicht richtig abschließen. Frühstück und Personal waren Top haben ihr Bestes gegeben, um einen zufrieden zu stellen ist ein ok Hotel 3/5* würde ich geben für einen kurzen Trip ist das in Ordnung"

"I can't say enough about this hotel. We had an outstanding experience. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. The staff were attentive, polite and fabulous. The location of the hotel was as good as you could expect - close to the edge of the manic and exciting Trabzon market area. The breakfast was an experience - lots of different foods and very high quality and great presentation. Overall, this hotel puts most of the many US hotels I've stayed in to shame. Thanks for the great experience!"
