Excellent Stay with Top-Notch Service and Location

The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with the heating, but it was resolved within minutes. The hotel's location is excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Really enjoyed staying at this property. From great welcome service to fantastic facilities. Beautiful pool area. Seda was a wonderful guest relationship manager and helped us with multiple requests! Nothing seemed like a problem.

Great view and excellent service

My stay was excellent. I got an upgraded room and the service was very nice. In fact the people at the reception desk could not have been more helpful. Excellent room and excellent staff. Location is water front and an excellent location.

Stayed for one night. Overall excellent stay. Room was spotless and had a great ocean view. Breakfast was very good. I think the hotel was perhaps a little understaffed when we were there, but did not detract from our stay.

Our Stay at the EliteWorld Hotel in Kusadasi

We had a nice stay. The breakfast bar was great. The view from our top floor balcony was tremendous. We got stuck in an elevator, and we were promptly rescued and the management comped us a very nice dinner for that. The wifi was good

We had an unbelievably spectacular experience at this hotel. It is an incredibly beautiful facility and the staff are highly trained, service oriented professionals. Most importantly, the spa was out of this world. The massages we had have completely eliminated pains that we have been carrying for months. This American family will be booking another trip to this hotel soon!

This was a very nice, new property with great views. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean. The property had very nice amenities including restaurant, spa, gym, indoor and pool. Location was great. The breakfast was outstanding! Last but not least, very gracious staff that made the stay that much better. Definitely would stay here again.

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en de omelet met kaas erg lekker. Het personeel bij het ontbijt was vriendelijk en gastvrij. Jammer genoeg ontbrak sucuk, wat hoort bij een traditioneel Turks ontbijt. Het hotel ligt op een heuvel. Hierdoor is de route naar de boulevard niet ideaal: het kruispunt voelt niet heel veilig, vooral wanneer je met kinderen bent. Het hotel zelf is schoon en prettig om te verblijven. Wel viel op dat de jonge schoonmaakploeg niet altijd even behulpzaam was. Over het geheel genomen een fijn en verzorgd hotel, met een paar verbeterpunten.

Merkezi bir oteldi genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Ama İki tane dezavantajı var havuz alanına terlikleri temizleyip girecek solüsyon alanı yok, direkt giriliyordu. Bizim için bir diğeri de odamızın balkonu yoktu, yaz aylarındaki konaklamalar için büyük bir sıkıntı.

Elite world er et rigtig godt hotel med gode forhold og med mange gode faciliteter. Alt er velholdt, rent og personalet yder en god service. Hotellet ligger lidt tilbagetrukket fra bymidten, men i fin gåafstand. Mine anbefalinger herfra.
