This property clearly mentions an age restriction for children under 8, yet it feels more like a kindergarten, with babies and young kids everywhere. Smoking is widespread, and it’s very difficult to find any non-smoking areas. The staff are generally unfriendly, and very few (only two or three at the office) can speak English.

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht das Zimmer hatte ein Blick auf eine Palme 2 Nächte später bekamen wir ein Zimmer was Meerblick hatte und auch eine Kackerlake mitten im Zimmer. Personal hat rasch gehandelt und das Zimmer gesäubert mit Insektenspray. Ich hatte seltsamen Ausschlag nach paar Übernachtungen in dem Zimmer also bekam ich ein neues Zimmer. Ich finde es aus hygienischen Gründen gar nicht gut dass der Boden mit Teppich belegt ist in den Fluren und in den Zimmern. Auch die Polstermöbel sind nicht von Vorteil im Hotel da auch dort schmutz und flecken zu sehen waren. Was mir gefiel ist dass das Personal sehr höflich war und immer hilfsbereit und geduldig war bei Beschwerden. Auch das Personal an den Bars ist sehr fleissig und nett sowie auch die Animation fand ich super. Man kanm im Meer laufen der Boden des Meeres ist aus Sand jedoch war nach einer Zeit das Meer nicht so sauber da die Wellen auch stärker wurden. Die Lage ist gut weil die Umgebung vieles zu bieten hat. Für 50€ wurden wir mit dem Taxi nach Kusadasi hin und zurück gefahren. Aufgrund einer Störung des Ofens in der Küche (laut Rezeption) ging Morgens plötzlich Feueralarm los die Gäste sind natürlich aus ihren Zimmern gesprungen und hatten sich erschrocken gott sei dank war es nichts ernstes sondern ein Fehlalarm aber da hat keiner vom Personal reagiert sondern die Gäste sind zur Rezeption gegangen um nachzufragen was denn los sei. Das A la carte ist wirklich schön

Select a different hotel, this one is not for you

What a disappointing hotel it was! It is dated and desperately needs total refurbishment. The food is an insult to Turkish Cuisine. It seems that the same food is served night after night, and the food is hardly edible. Those filthy plate mats, chipped plates and old coffee machines should be replaced at once. Selection and training of the staff should be revisited by the hotel, and all staff members should be told that while serving the guests having a little smile will not hurt them. The hotel desperately in need of crowd and noise control when the Chinese guests are present, which is constant.
