Goed: er was parkeerservice, hulp met bagage, inchecken ging gemakkelijk, geweldig uitzicht, veel bedjes om te liggen bij het zwembad (niet rennen om 7 uur voor je handdoek), sefir restaurant is een echte aanrader (geweldig eten en top service voor €10 p.p. Het eten in de buffetzaal was iedere dag verschillend maar wel kwalitatief goed, voor ieder wat wils en wisselend. Slecht: schoonmaak was vaak tot 15:00 uur bezig (betekend lang wachten op je kamer), minibar is maar 2x bijgevuld, personeel was wat afstandelijk (behalve de ober bij sefir restaurant). Ook eet je in de avond buiten, liepen er agressieve katten die je dan ook kunnen aanvallen als je vis op je bord hebt (werd niks mee gedaan). De bedden waren keihard en ook zat er geen slot op onze voor- en achterdeur en hadden wij wel wat geluidsoverlast van de drukke weg voor het hotel (landzicht). Gasten waren voornamelijk turks en duits. Niet veel nederlanders (vonden wij niet erg)

Personel mükemmel karşılama çok iyi güvenlik görevlisi otopark için yardımcı oluyor ayrıca valizlerimizede yardımcı oldu. Belboy arkadaş çok kibar bütün sorularımıza güzel cevaplar verdi. Girişde ve çıkışta resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok kibarlardı. Otel zamnının en güzel otellerinden ama bir tadilatı hak ediyor. Havuz çok güzel ve temiz. Yer bulmak biraz zor. Şezlonglar sabahın ilk ışıklarında doluyor. Tek hoşuma gitmeyen konu plaj bölümü. Deniz derin sığ bölgedeki taşlar denize girecekler için mücadele istiyor. Denizin taşlık ve derin olması bir dahaki konaklama için beni düşündürdü. Kahvaltı öğleyemeği ve akşam yemeği açık büfe olmasına karşılık süper. Hatta şöyle söyleyim japon mutfağının efsane lezzeti sushi yapan bir şef bile var. Tebrik ederim harikaydı. Masalara su bırakmıyorlar. Bu bi eksi. İçecek servisini garsonlar yapıyor. Buda servisi geciktiriyor. İçecek için park barlar yapılsa ve misafirler buradan destek alsa çok daha güzel ve hızlı olur. Denize önem vermiyorsanız konaklama için çok güzel kaliteli bir otel. Gece animasyon da var mutlaka katılın akşam 21:30 da başlıyor. Personele herşey için teşekkürler.

The location and views are great and the service was very friendly. The condition of the hotel is good but the decorations are a bit dated. It is all inclusive so the food is good, not great. It is worth the price but the property would be excellent with a small facelift.

Keyifl bir tatildi.

Çalışanların hepsi çok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Her türlü destek talebimizde ellerinden geldiğince destek oldular. Odalar genel olarak temizdi. Bizim kaldığımız dönem otelin sakin olduğu bir dönem olduğu için ortak alanlarda zaman zaman çok temiz olmadığı dönemlere denk geldik, ama farkettiklerinde de hızlıca temizliyorlardı. Genel olarak otelden çok memnun kaldık. Yaz için denize ulaşım biraz çetrefilli gibi gözüküyor. Biz deniz döneminde gelmediğimiz için o da çok etkilemedi.
