Distinguished landlord pays attention to details, e.g. sophisticated a/c where you don‘t catch a cold while sleeping. Recommended to persons seeking a quiet base to explore the old town. Although the rooms are near to the harbour you should take a taxi as the whole old town is located on steep hills. Breakfast in a lovely yard.

Superb location!

Excellent family run hotel in a superb location. Lovely breakfast in a beautiful courtyard. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks to the owner and his wife for making our stay a memorable one!

This small inn is the perfect small business to support if you like local places. The owner is friendly and wants you to enjoy your stay. I particularly liked the balcony and the courtyard for breakfast.

Kusadasi short stay experience

Excellent location for a stay in Kusadasi! Located just at the old town, with walking distance to the beach. Well equipped small hotel with friendly staff, taste Turkish style breakfast in the garden with assistance of nice four-legs companion - dog Alex :)

Excellent stay!

Great location, exceptional breakfast, immaculate and cozy space. Above all, the owner is super lovely and hospitable - going above and beyond with everything, even sharing the most delicious tangerine in his garden with us. Highly recommended!

Good location, nice spot.

Great location, bit of a hill to get to the hotel though. Nice host, spoke English, good breakfast, clean roo.s. Only downside was the beds are hard and our room was small.

Nice place!

This is a very nice place with very friendly owners (dog included), a new and clean (if not over-large) room and a great breakfast! The only thing is, don't bring a car, the streets in the old city are super narrow and confusing and the street "parking" in front of the hotel is too!

Impressive

A very neat and cozy hotel. Very clean room. The owner cares to provide the best service. Breakfast in the backyard is lovely. And the location is great with all the shops and restaurants around. It deserves the 5 star rating.

It is a very nice hotel with a unique location. It’s 3 minutes to old town, rooms are nice, breakfasts are very tasty. Hotel owner is a very pleasant men, he tries to help with any request. The only thing that needs to be kept in mind: the street is very narrow and uphill, so if you’re coming by the car, you must be very careful, there is no dedicated parking.

The property is very central. The room is spacious and the staff are amazing. We were asked about our breakfast time as they wanted to make sure the bakery is fresh and hot when we sit down for breakfast. The next morning we needed to travel somewhere else and they happily kept our suitcases in safe overnight. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely little hotel

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel is very small and in a great location for kusadasi centre. The room (No. 4) had a comfortable double bed and a spacious bathroom. We also had a lovely balcony overlooking the cute courtyard. We had a tasty typical Turkish breakfast each morning. The host was a friendly and helpful man. Definitely a good choice if you are looking for a no frills hotel near the centre. There is bit of an incline to the hotel and a few steps to the front door so not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Coffee Issue

Overall, the accommodation was fairly good. Unfortunately, there were some issues with regards to coffee. The room wasn't supplied with either coffee or a kettle. Instead, a bottle of decanted instant coffee and a kettle was placed in the common breakfast area. I asked the owner if this for guests to use at any time, and he replied "yes" however with extra charge. I found this very unprofessional and mean. On checkout I was informed that I had drank 8 cups of coffee during my 2 days stay and was asked to pay an additional 200 Turkish. I was totally taken aback by the fact that he had been watching me drink coffee at breakfast (there was not accounting system), and secondly being asked to pay for my coffee at breakfast, when the accommodation was inclusive of breakfast. I refused to pay as at no other hotel had I been asked to pay for my coffee in all my stays in Turkey. The owner eventually accepted my objection.

Posizione ottima a 100 metri dal centro città. Possibilità di parcheggiare accanto all'albergo o nei dintorni secondo la disponibilità dei posti. Per raggiungere la struttura bisogna percorrere strade piuttosto strette. Il titolare è una persona molto disponibile e simpatica e soddisfa ogni necessità. Ottima e varia la colazione. La camera sulla strada è un po' rumorosa per il passaggio di motorini ma al secondo giorno ci si abitua.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Altstadt von Kuşadası. Sie wird von einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Ehepaar geführt. Zu unserem Buchungspaket gehörte ein hervorrahendes landestypisches Frühstück, das wir im idyllischen Innhof des Gebäudes genossen haben. Die Gastgeber haben uns gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Kuşadaı gegeben, wie zB Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants,... Die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt ermöglicht es die Stadt fußläufig zu erkunden. Der Hafen befindet sich in nur 10 Minuten Entfernung. Das Zimmer selbst befand sich in einem tadellosen und sauberen Zustand. Aufgrund des gastfreundlichen Service und einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kann ich diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
