"If you’re looking for a self contained retreat experience, this property is awesome. Having its own private beach is a plus for that. It’s an older property but beautifully maintained. If you want to venture off the property, though, that’s a different story. It’s isolated, miles removed from the Kuta Beach scene. In my eye, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, mind you. I found Kuta Beach to be overrun with locals on the weekend and largely deserted during the week. Didn’t like the aggressiveness of the hawkers either. So I was content to stay at the Novotel and relax most of the time. "

"Very nice hotel with plenty of room to relax outside. The restaurant serve good food in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is always there for you with a smile and helpful mind. "

"My room has a view of the pool, there was 3 lifts to this huge hotel, but 2 was awaiting maintenance and was turning off. The view from the breakfast restaurant was all that this over priced hotel was worth paying for."
