If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place. The resort is family friendly with all kinds of activities for the kids. Plus, centrally located to good bars / restaurants I think my only real issue was the size / quality of the room for the price point. I've stayed in way larger / nicer rooms for $200 a night. I give the Anvaya 5 stars! I was in Singapore for work and decided to treat myself and check out Bali for a few days. It was too quick of a trip, but I wanted to do a little traveling. Upon arrival to Anvaya, I was greeted with a cold towel and ice water during check-in. The lobby space is so peaceful and calming. The staff at the hotel were incredibly hospitable. First time in Bali and I chose the Magani based over the proximity to the airport and spacious room. I arrived hours early but was greeted by the bell hop and escorted to the check-in counter. I am traveling with a friend, it’s our first time in Bali. We came from Ubud area. We’re impressed with the hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly, always eager to help with anything we needed.
