This hotel is the dirtiest hotel ever. Sheets are not changed, dirty, filty toilet and shower, towels smells like sweaty armpits, many bugs, dirty room. I will never ever go to this hotel ever again. Sooo disappointed. I complained and the reception just didn’t care. I demanded a different room still the same. Don’t go here. The alley is also small, cars almost don’t fit. Sketchy alley. Never ever ever go to this place. I hope expedia will not post this hotel ever. A nightmare

Good location and price

You can't get a better price so close to the beach. The room I booked didn't come with ac so I had to pay 20k extra on arrival to get an ac room, and it definitely wasn't a very powerful ac. It kept the room cool enough to sleep in, but just. It was fine. Drying rack is provided, which is convenient

Arrived at 1 in the morning, couldn't get even a bottle of water, no toilet roll towels or toiletries, cold water only, place needed a good clean, air conditioning was sooo noisey , had double bed ,tv never even turned it on room not cleaned in a week or sheets changed , was spacious and quiet with camera security and car parking.wouldnt advise single females to stay here or in this area .

全体的に不潔さを感じた

トランジットの為、数時間滞在予定で予約。 ビーチも近いし、ショッピングモール至近で買い物は困らない。 部屋の扉は鍵を掛けても扉自体が壊れているので、鍵の意味を成してない。 部屋に入り、全体的に不潔さを感じた。 まずタオル。乾いている時は洗剤の香りが漂っているが、水に濡れるとカビ臭い。 ビーチへ持って行ったが臭いで吐き気がした。 トイレとシャワールームについて。 使っていないがシャワーはお湯が出ない様子。 1分としてその空間に居れない。何とも言えない臭い。 スタッフは親切だ。 しかし申し訳ないが、二度とこの部屋には入りたくないと思い、荷物を置く事なく着替えをしただけでこの部屋を後にした。

Does what it says on the tin!

A great area to be close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were lovely. Room was basic but clean. Bathroom was the only let down. Cold water and icky floor!!! Great hostel for younger people who don't want to spend a fortune but want to be close to everything.

10日間の宿泊でタオルの交換が一度もなく2回はこちらから伝えて交換してもらいましたが後は手洗いして干していました。 部屋によってはテレビの設備が違っていたり、ホットシャワーはなくシャワーはありますが水です。 初めの部屋は湿気とカビの匂いが気になり部屋の交換を依頼した程。 格安なため仕方ないですが、ローカル生活を味わいたいならオススメです！

Nice staff, not the best hotel.

It was a cheap option. The staff was nice. I did not really like Kuta in general, very crowded, Many annoying vendors on the streets and on the beach (every 3 meters) and a lot of trash in the water, I would never swim there !! The hotel was OK but could be better. The bed sheet did not look very clean and it smelled very strong of naphtaline, I had to pick them up and then the room still smell bad.. The ceiling fan was not strong enough, it was really hot and sticky. There was many mosquitos in the room and no mosquito net. We had ours but it took us 1 hour to find a way to install it :/
