Very central walking to everywhere. Beds where very comfortable. Staff were very nice and attended to our needs problems very quickly. Did have a problem with the showers and no hot water. Had to let it run for about 20 minutes and play around with handle to try and find any heat in the water.

Overall, we had a good experience, the staff were very helpful, and location was great. Nice pool area, but it could do will a regular clearing of used glasses and rubbish as it could build up at times. Room was clean and any calls to reception were addressed very quickly. I would stay again.

The Bene is a nice hotel staff are friendly and helpful the rooms are clean and a good size possibly could do with a little updating especially the shower room. The pool is nice too breakfast was good too its served in a dinning area near the pool and reception. Hotel Bene was good for a smaller quiet hotel a bit away from the action. We stayed in a royal suite 2 bedroom which was very spacious. The first one we were allocated had patchy wifi and a bad smell in the bathroom but they happily moved us after day 2. The breakfast was ok but limited in options for a buffet and ran out of butter for 2 mornings. Overall I would recommend this hotel for the price and room size.
