"The photos online look decent, but the reality was much worse. Reception staff barely spoke English. The first room we were shown had a broken door lock. Two employees tried to open/fix it but failed, and the door handle was half torn off. The second room was larger, but one section of the glass balcony door had been replaced with cardboard taped in place. We were also asked to pay an extra 1,500 TL for it, so we refused. We ended up in the third room only because it was late, we were exhausted...
