Very clean, great location.

The property is well worth the price. It's a bit far from the center of the city, but the area is nice. The hosts are also nice and will provide any assistance they can.

The hotel is new and very well run. Everything is in great shape and the service is top notch. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. The place is a real bargain.

For the money was fabulous. Nice little breakfast in the morning to get you going. We had a small dog with us and was not a problem.

Staff was amazing and super accommodating. This is THE best place in Kuataisi and I would love to stay here agin. Great location, clean and beautiful rooms, great staff, very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and they even gave us a little present for me and my wife's honeymoon. 10/10 would recommend.

Very friendly. Clean room

The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was very good and the friendly service was excellent. Special thanks to Kakha for being super duper. He helped us arrange a rental car and he was so friendly and kind.

The room was so cute and large, with a small balcony. Bathroom was also quite lovely, We only stayed for 1 night but I have nothing but Nic things to say about the staff as well as the room.

Recommended, very clean hotel and great staff

Excellent short stay in Kutaisi. Staff is warm and helpful. Breakfast is on the top floor with a beautiful view and the food is fresh and tasty. Parking was available on site. It is limited but we were able to snag a space easily when we checked in around 5pm. 15 minute flat walk to the central area with several markets and shops within a two block radius.

Very nice and cozy place

The property was extremely conveniently located in the centre of the city. I would recommend El Depo restaurant close to it to have fairly good and cheap meals. Low price for the location was the main attractive point. I found the room quite small and I could hardly place my suitcase in the open space while having to move in the room somehow. The front desk staff member could not identify my payment in the beginning, but this got sorted out. The hotel did not provide soap and AC did not work. I...
