"Excellent from start to finish, all staff are friendly. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful and large. The location was conveniently close to tram stops, bus stops and the port of Tallinn. Good selection of breakfast."

"Was the nicest hotel I stayed at durning my time in the Baltic States. The room was beautiful, and the staff were amazingly warm (compared to Lithuania, and Latvia). Nice location, old town is about a mile walk away. Will def stay here again next time I come to Estonia."

"I recently spent two weeks at the Swissôtel Tallinn while attending a training program this September, and it was a fantastic experience. The Pros: * Location: It is incredibly convenient, situated just a 10-minute drive from the airport and about a 5-minute walk from the Medieval Old Town. * Views & Comfort: As the tallest building in the city, it offers commanding views across the Gulf of Finland and the Old Town. The rooms are exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious. * Amenities: The 11th-floor spa, well-equipped gym, and indoor pool are excellent for unwinding after a long day. The daily breakfast buffet is also a major highlight, featuring a huge, high-quality selection. The Cons: * The bathroom design features translucent glass walls, which allows shadows to be seen from the room and might lack privacy for some. * The breakfast service can get quite busy during peak hours, occasionally leading to a bit of a wait for specialty coffees. Overall, the prime location, premium amenities, and attentive staff made a lengthy stay exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend it."
