"During my stay, I can see dust everywhere though the hotel is clean. Then the hotel has a policy where they could not clear out the coin laundary washers even if it is done. So there goes your laundary plan if you encounter inconsiderate users that hog the laundary washers. Staff is helpful, breakfast is excellent, location is great."

"朝食以外はすべて完璧でした。 朝食は限られたメニューの中から選ぶ必要があり、魚料理は先着30名限定でした。しかし、このような制限について は朝食代を支払った際に一切説明がありませんでした。事前に案内があればよかったと思います。 Everything was perfect except for the breakfast. Guests are required to choose from a limited number of breakfast options, and the fish dish was available to only 30 people. This restriction was not mentioned when I paid for breakfast, which was disappointing."

"The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom is especially nice, with a separate shower and bathtub, which made my stay even more relaxing. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. このホテルは部屋も広く、清潔で、風呂もシャワーと浴槽が別々になっていて、とても快適にすごせます。食事も種類が多く、素晴らしいです。スタッフもとても親切です。また利用したいと思います。"

"Hotel can be easily accessed from the underground shopping area called the Unimall, from exit U8. Take the stairs up from the Unimall and you’ll see the hotel. Very convenient. Rooms are a bit tiny, especially the entrance area. Free water bottle daily. Room service every 4 days. Room echoes a little because of concrete walls."
