"Basically this listing on hotels.com has a lot of information that is not listed on their listed but is only provided to you after you've booked. On the listing, prior to my booking, the check in time is from 0900hrs but after booking, the property sent me an email stating check in is at 1600hrs. That's a discrepancy of 7 hours! Contacted the property via hotels.com chat and they just conveniently said please refer to their website. Why didn't they just put the right information at the listing...

"We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was clean, well equipped, and perfectly located for day trips on Langeland. The outdoor area was great for watching the sunset, and even though it is right next to the beach access and a hiking trail, it was very private. The host was very responsive. Highly recommended."

"Das Haus ist super zentral gelegen, in einem schönen ruhigen Dorf mit Bäcker und Supermarkt. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Meer, in der schönen Kleinstadt Rudkøbing und an der Brücke Richtung Fyn. Der Zustand des Hauses überzeugte uns leider nicht. Es gab gravierende Mängel in der Sauberkeit (sehr sehr viele Spinnen und Staub). Nur der Boden im Haus sah einigermaßen sauber aus. Vor dem Bezug mussten die Zimmer erst von uns geputzt werden. In der Küche waren Pfannen und Töpfe...

"The communication with property manager is non-existent. My partner got very sick with COVID the night before our stay but we could not get in touch with property manager. We arrived to a very precarious, old farm road that was flooded. There were no instructions about the route. Inside, the house was about 8C / 40s F. The radiator heaters did not work!! There was a very musty odor. Also a constant beeping coming from somewhere. There were no towels or linens provided, despite not advertising...

"Das Haus ist nicht geeignet, als Ferienhaus vermietet zu werden. Die Räume im Keller (Schlafzimmer u Bad) sind feucht und kalt. Die Luftheizung schafft rs nicht, die Räume zu erwärmen. Die Matratzen und Decken bleiben feucht"

"Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit passt auch. Dennoch ein paar Kleinigleiten die nicht so schön waren. Mehrere defekte Lampen, eine Stereoanlage die nicht funktionierte und leider keine Info das Feuerholz nicht vort Ort sein wird."

Die Elektrik im Erdgeschoß ist aufgrund des Alters spannend, die Dusche hat nur 40 Liter warmes Wasser und es gibt regional sichtbar viel Kalk im Wasser, aber das hat uns nichts ausgemacht und wir kamen gut zurecht Die Küchenausstattung ist nahezu perfekt in Umfang und Qualität, die Wohnung war sauber. "The accommodation is not new, but clean and has everything needed. Communication with Karsten even on problems it’s fast, easy and strait forward. The view onto the belt and its ships is superb. You can regularly see the big ferries and 400m Gigants."

"Stay was magnificent! Beautiful airy and bright home with view to the sea! It would be nice to know in advance that we had to pay for the electricity we used during our stay and that linen and towels were not provided (eventually the owner provided them for an additional DKK 600). Instructions on how to use washer would also be appreciated."

"Beskrivelsen af lejligheden var meget kort. Måtte selv skrive for at hører mere ind til hvad der var i lejligheden hvilket kunne have været dejligt at vide forinden. For eksempel hvad der var i køkkenet ( eksempel kaffemaskine,fryser og lignende. ) Ellers var det et dejligt ophold vi havde og virkelig central beliggenhed midt i byen."
