Parking is always a challenge at hotels but staff were helpful in finding us somewhere to park our 9 passenger van! The hotel is centrally located with easy access to shops and restaraunts. Very walkable and plenty to do.

Really friendly staff and the breakfast was nice, though would try and avoid the rush. The only shame was the the room and bathroom got incredibly stuffy and hot with the warm weather, opening the window could only do so much.

The property, the staff, and the food were all excellent - the disabled parking facilities were not good. We arrived on Friday at about 7pm to find the small hotel car park completely full - and there were NO Disabled Parking Spaces at all! We then drove around the area for nearly an hour looking for any parking space, but found none available. We eventually had to park in a controlled parking space, and had to pay DKR 1050 Parking Fine. By the way, the hotel will not reserve a parking space for a disabled guest.

Very nice staff, they get 5 stars, especially the young lady on friday night, she was very sweet and helpful. Fine but small room for 3 people, and we didnt get new towels or made our bed, eventhough we spent 2 nights there. The breakfast was fine. The location of the hotel is very good. There are only 10 parkeringspots belonging to the hotel, so we used another hotels parkinglot, at 150 kr pr day. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Fantastic lokation for visiting Odense and the H C Andersens museum Got what you need. But only breakfast. Nice and simple 👌 A little traffic can be heard if you have the windows open at night when it's warm. No A/C

Great location very close to the train station and the old city. Very simple room, but the super comfortable common areas really make up for it. We had our train to Copenhagen in the afternoon, and it was really nice to have somewhere cozy to sit with a cup of coffee even after check-out! Breakfast was delicious and the staff really friendly and helpful... Couldn't ask for more!
