Staff was wonderful, food great, bed really comfortable with nice bedding, location great. It needs to be updated. The carpet is old, the shower tiles are old showing age, cracking. There wasn’t a place to sit except at an 8 foot cafeteria table that was beat up, and this was an upgraded room. I get the concept, and love the idea, but it opened in 2009, just needs to be refreshed.

Yes, room was clean and renovated with private updated bathroom. Quest service was very polite and courteous. I will most definitely book there again.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The cottage is located on a shared property with a few others, but there’s plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable.
