Дом расположен на расстоянии одной минуты ходьбы от Майдана Незалежности. Очень крутое место расположения, двор закрыт воротами с кодовым замком, вход в подъезд тоже закрыт кодовым замком, в доме есть консьерж. Проживание в моих апартаментах безопасно, так как имеется трехфакторная защита квартиры)) В квартире сделан новый, капитальный, супер ремонт, в спокойных тонах, стиль Тиффани. Это очень тихая, тёплая, уютная квартира. В квартире есть все для полноценного проживания, посуда, утюг, чайник, кастрюли, варочная поверхность, полотенца, постельные принадлежности.
Рядом возле дома есть много кафе, баров, ресторанов, банки, торгово-развлекательные центры, продуктовые магазины, прекрасная транспортная развязка.
Также вокруг в пешей доступности много исторических достопримечательностей, памятников архитектуры, парки современного искусства .
