Easy check in and out process.
Simple, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast cereal and coffee sachets were out of date and were replenished when brought to attention of the host.
Overpriced for what it is.
The layout and furnishings are basic and definitely not worth $229/night. The hot water ran out after 5 minutes, so that was pooh. Of the dozens of BNB stays, this was the only one that we felt ripped off by and think a $100 should be refunded. 😠
The propery was lovely and fresh with easy access to town. Nice pool for a refreshing swim and a greatshower to freshen up in. Our host called by for a chat and to make sure we were comfy. A lovely fella and a good chat. Recomend Edgecomb estate to anyone
