Theming was great. Room was nice! Staff was helpful and friendly. Had some basic breakfast options (coffee and pastry) but a great time. Good spot for a lot of travel connections.

Hotel was fine, staff was nice but check in and check out is on a kiosk. They also have 800 yen a night fee plus even more fees if they have to clean your room. We kept the do not disturb sign on the entire time and then got a note under the door saying they were coming in the next day either way, which they did. Other than that the hotel is fine, great location, nice staff, just inconvenient in other areas.

This was a great stay! Dome great amenities as well as location, not too busy of an area which was nice, however mere walking distance from Teramachi shops and Nishiki, right near the river with plenty izakaya options. Highly recommend, staff were lovely and helpful!

Building was clean. Staff was unhelpful. Breakfast pretty much non existent. It was tiny pre packaged pastries definitely not worth noting. Beverages over priced. Bedding was AWFUL. Blankets weren’t really blankets. The comforter kept losing its cover and it was nasty.

This was a great and easy stay for us. We were just two people and it was all we needed and in a convenient location. Traveling with a family may be difficult at this one but perfect for two people there is a 7 Eleven right next door easy for snacks and drinks for the room. The hotel has a nice little refrigerator drawer too

We enjoyed our stay and the room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The lobby was too crowded most of the time to use the amenities very much, but when it was less busy it was nice!

The room was small but efficient for us. It felt dark due to the black walls but it was clean and beds were comfy. Laundry facilities were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee, water and ice. The location was perfect. A block from the camel and right next to 7/11.

Loved the hotel, very cool building. Staff were very helpful and were very easy to help. I had a bit of an issue with my cleaning schedule, I think I accidentally left my “do not disturb” sign on the door one day, so make sure you take that off if you want cleaning haha. Loved the place! Thanks for a great stay!
