Great location in Kyoto - close enough to get to everything but outside of the main hustle of tourists. Comfy and spacious room - we were worried it would be noisy by the lift but we weren’t disturbed at all.

Great locations that make you feel like you are right there living in Kyoto rather than in a tourist spot as you’re surrounded by excellent local restaurants. That being said, still close enough (5-10 min walk max) to all the places you want to be or transit to get there.

We loved our stayed at Kabin Koji, walking distance to everything (shopping, sightseeing, transportation, and dining). It was also a plus that there is a laundromat not even a minute walk from the hotel.
