"Beside the leaking ceiling, the room was nice. I was upgraded and also the staffs were extremely kind and thoughtful. Gave me a welcome gift while during the stay and it was nice to see child hood snacks at the front. Decoration and the atmosphere were very nice. Over all lived my stay and would come back 20/10."

"Beautiful hotel with great staff. Roomy rooms and the public bath access was a great end to the day."

"６人、次も泊まりたいぐらい快適でした。"

"Worth it."

"Love this place, very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is also very good since its close to kyoto station which was a 15 minute walk. Thank you! I highly recommend this place"

"Staff amazing, hotel clean. Location pretty good one stop from Kyoto or a 20 min walk. Hotel was clean and felt very modern. Little downsides were loved the coffee stations but if your rooms near it you will hear the grinder and the chatting. Apart from that felt like a good local hotel."

Typically I choose a spot close to Kyoto Station as I like to hop on a train and visit all of the lovely spots that Kyoto has to offer, so I'm used to being in a location with a lot of easy access to transportation as well as food, and staying at S-Peria was a new experience for me. I'll list different criteria in case it helps with your travels. Location - Not bad. If we...
