"The tools were so spacious and cost was extremely reasonable. Excellent location close to airport and very kind and helpful employees. Continental breakfast was very limited but considering the cost to stay and cleanliness if property would 100 % stay here again"

"This Hotel was a horror story. When we first arrived, we knew it was bad; we were located in a homeless area. My friend checked in around 4:00 pm, paid for the incidentals and the room fee. As soon as my friend stepped into the shower their was a big cockroach. We immediately asked for another room. The second room was filled with mold all over the bathroom. We requested a refund and moved hotels. We obviously checked out return the keys, and got Expedia on the phone to call the Hotel to issue...

"There is a disconnect between the Bell Service and the text message service. The Bell Service wants to help and accommodate, provide first class service to the guest, while the text message service gets in the way. Went to use the pool in our area in was filthy with Debree and what looked like a female hygiene product. Other than that, the property and staff did a very good job."
