" REFRIGERATOR DID NOT WORK, they replaced with another one. It did not cool down enough!!! ALL PERISHABLES HAD TO BE THROWN OUT!!! Reported to staff, they did nothing to compensate, only a nice "i'm sorry"!!!!!!! The room was small. Just enough to shower and sleep."

"The room was clean and the water was hot. The location is very convenient to Union Station and Olivera Street, and China Town. But no place to hang clothes, coffee maker or microwave. Common areas are well past their prime. No store to buy a beer close by. I would stay here again."

"Absolutely unacceptable – avoid at all costs! This property is completely misleading and looks nothing like the photos shown online. We stayed as 4 adults, and the so-called “living room” was practically unusable, with only a tiny couch and almost no seating. The beds were a disaster. The springs were sticking into our backs, and we woke up in pain every single day. Getting proper rest was impossible. One of the bathrooms was clogged from day one. Despite contacting the host multiple times, we were completely ignored. For 6 days, 4 people were forced to use just one bathroom—this is simply unacceptable. The location felt unsafe. At 5:00 AM, I woke up to noise right next to the window. When I opened the curtain, a homeless person was literally leaning against the window going through the trash. It was frightening. Parking was chaotic with zero organization—everyone just parked randomly wherever they could. This stay completely ruined our vacation. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place."

"I liked this hotel even more than I thought I would. The staff is lovely and I really liked the coffee shop and bakery in the lobby. The neighborhood is super fun with lots of amazing restaurants and stores. It was accessible to a number of events we were attending in the downtown area. I highly recommend this place."

Their prompt attention to my needs was greatly appreciated. Lastly, I would like to commend the gentleman at the club for his exceptional service in providing me with ice cubes. His assistance was instrumental in ensuring my comfort during my stay. In summary, I am thoroughly impressed with the vision and execution of the hotel.
