Outstanding Stay

The hotel is amazing, very high-end! The housekeeping went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted! Check-in and restaurant was great as well. One of the better city hotels I have ever visited.

The hotel is new just in front of the Disney hall, next to two mussuems. In this part of downtown there is not homeless. The restaurant of the hotel is great , the rooms are super clean. The design of the hotel,is great.

the hotel is nice BUT i felt completly threatened for the security team because there were there a soccer team, specialy with the chief of operation ( a women that at least she told me that was her ocupation in the hotel) she threatened me and my kids to take us out of the hotel if we talk with the team in the other hand the players always were kind with us an we with them

Second time staying here. Wonderful, beautiful, smells INCREDIBLE. Staff are nicer than ever. Two great bars and lots of cozy, aesthetically pleasing spots to sit and enjoy downstairs. Rooms are immaculate, comfortable and gorgeous. See you next time!
