"Huge improvement! When first checked in, the original room was on the 1st floor which was next to the street and courtyard that was extremely noisy. After they moved us, the new room was clean, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with the best staff! Highly recommended!"

"The staff is very friendly and engaging. The breakfast was amazing with a wide choice of options, plenty of vegetable dishes and great choice of drinks. The dinner buffet was equally great, the staff is very attentive and helpful. The room was very clean. We had a lovely view of the skyline, the sunrise was stunning."

"Fantastic boutique hotel in such a convenient location. 3 min walk to the central food market so we skipped hotel breakfast and headed there. 3 min walk to the cathedral. 5 min walk to the Serrano towers. Lovely rooms with balcony and great bathroom. Tasca Angel a few doors down serves great tapas - the sardines are amazing. Would def stay at this hotel again."

"Check in is great and so was the communication over email. The room was clean however no one came to change anything during our entire stay which means you run out of the milk on day one and coffee shortly afterwards. The hotel is well situated with an 8 minute walk to the Bullring and 4 minutes the other way to the old town. Overall we were very pleased."

"Located 10 walk from central market. Small eateries around and 10 min walk from angel metro. Very convenient. Rooms were quiet. Could do with a bin in the room, and a table to put keys wallet etc on. But happy with stay and staff were friendly. Will use again."

"This could be a really lovely hotel! I can't fault the room or amenities, if you could get them! I can't believe the hotel only has one iron that took 12 hours to deliver, just before breakfast only to be taken back by the time we got back and then another 12 hours! None of the bar staff could crack a smile, although the receptionists were friendlier. Arrived at breakfast on the first day, half hour before finish and half the trays were empty, was better the next day,but poor selections, and not a lot for vegetarian or vegan guests. Location is a bit of a trek from the old town and the beach but the bus stop is right outside. Some lovely little restaurants around the corner."
