This villa is located in a beautiful garden and offers a very pleasant and friendly outdoor setting with its well-kept garden, its private swimming pool, its covered terrace. The interior is sober and complete with 3 bedrooms.

Location and distances: Urbanization Las tres Calas. City center 4.5 km. Sea & beach 3.5 km. First Restaurants 1 km away. Supermarket 1 km away. Cambrils and Salou 25 and 30 minutes drive. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away.
