This property has everything you need , the staff are all kind and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and have all you require. We were sad to leave. The on site parking was safe and secure. A walk uphill and you are in the old town with a map and walking tour supplied by the Hotel. The breakfast was generous and tasty with helpful staff present. I thoroughly recommend the Hotel and would happily book it again.

Authentic Italian vibes

Location, service and breakfast are awesome, especially the two guys at breakfast who make individual coffees. Rooms are a bit dated ( think college dorms) but very clean. Front desk people are friendly and helpful.

La struttura è a 7/10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico della città. Il parcheggio privato è molto comodo e consente di accedere alla Hall tramite una porta che conduce all'ascensore, oppure tramite una salita attigua. Nel complesso struttura gradevole anche se un po' datata. Il letto matrimoniale composto da due materassi separati sinceramente sarebbe da rivedere in quanto abbastanza scomodo (camera 204). Colazione ricca. In generale consigliato come base di partenza per visitare L'Aquila in tutta comodità. Un consiglio, avendo trovato la cassaforte aperta ma in posizione di chiusura ho provato ad inserire casualmente 6 volte 0, e si è resettata. Vi ho riposto alcuni effetti personali e non ho avuto sorprese, però per aumentare la sicurezza conseglio di modificare il codice di reset con uno personalizzato più difficile da indovinare al primo tentativo.

Struttura Alberghiera situata in ottima posizione rispetto al centro storico della Città. Parcheggio gratuito per i clienti, colazione normale non troppo abbondante, struttura nel complesso sistemata bene ma camera molto ma molto rumorosa. Ho ascoltato con piacere la gente nel corridoio, poi lo scarico del wc del vicino ed anche il bidet. Insomma non appropriato per un Hotel
