"My family and I traveled to Dallas for my daughters bday. The stay was perfect. Ash had the property so clean and the decor was amazing. I had about 8 people that stayed and we were very comfortable and there was more than enough space. My family enjoyed the pool. Overall it was a great stay and I wouldn’t have changed a thing about our stay. I would definitely stay here again if I were to stay in Dallas."

"I have reached out several times regarding the issue at Lakemere and have received no resolution. I am told by Vrbo support to deal with the management company and the management company said I need to deal with you. I checked out of the house and moved to a hotel on Saturday, 8/16, as previously communicated to all parties. I have provided several communications, including pictures of the cockroach issue we faced, amongst other issues. I will be pursuing this as there has been no accountability...
