"Great communication from Ash and quick response to any and all questions! Loved the house…super clean and loved the decor. Beds super comfortable and kitchen well stocked for anything we needed. We had a family gathering for Easter and old and young alike loved the property! The pool was awesome and so many fun activities for all ages to enjoy! Will definitely be back!"

"The rooms are big, the pool table was a real hit, the hot tub and heated swimming pool were fun, the bathrooms huge and great showers, the beds comfortable. It was just a very nice place for our whole family to come and visit our daughter for thanksgiving."

"If you are interested in crossing an experience off your bucket list, this is the place to go!! The Hobbit house was spacious, luxurious and family friendly. Loved sitting in the enclosed porch, drinking morning coffee and watching nature. The alpacas, goats and ducks are cute beyond description. Directly behind the house is, what my kids referred to as, winnie the pooh and piglets house. Very whimisical!"
