"Staff was quite nice and helpful, a special thanks to Pepe who greeted us and showed us around giving nice and helpful tips. The villa was nice but furniture and bathrooms need a litlle update"

"Todo muy bien, la cafetería excelente y el trato estupendo"

"Comfortable and functional"

"This was a single night as we flew in and travelled on. The room was nice with a view of the airport, so a little noisy, but something to watch. Black out blinds helped."

"The staff were extremely professional, warm, and welcoming throughout my stay! I would especially like to express my heartfelt thanks to Juan at The Level reception on the 26th floor. He went above and beyond to help me resolve an early check-out and refund issue. His kindness, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference and solved a major problem during my trip. Thank you so much, Juan! You truly made my travel experience much easier and better. I sincerely appreciate everything you...

"Excellent location if you are going to the conference venue next door. If you are planning on going to the historic centre it is a little way away with the tram and metro a 5-10 minute walk away. Room (which I think was the most basic one available) was spacious, clean and with a decent bathroom. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities, or at least a kettle, and a universal power socket."

"Albergo molto comodo con i trasporti colazione buona e struttura formale ma confortevole"

"Sergio. 10/10"

"I fell in the slippery shower!!!"

"Very nice hotel on the beach. A taxi into Valencia costs roughly £22 and it's about a 20 minute journey Few restaurants close by however not many open due to time of year"

"Todo estuvo bien, habitación muy buena y el personal fue amable."

"Buen desayuno y todo en general muy limpio"

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was a bit rubbish - functional but not powerful. The button to swap to the bath taps didn’t work. There is no soundproofing. If the people in the room next door or above are awake then you’re awake! Can also hear a lot of noise from the road outside. The bar is lovely. Food and drinks are good and staff are attentive. Breakfast was a real highlight - plenty of everything - hot food, charcuterie, fruit, cereal, horchata, fartons, churros,...

"En general todo bien, pero el ruido fue insoportable, no pudimos descansar bien porque se escucha todo. El tren toda la noche y conversaciones en la calle, no se si fue pq nos tocó en primer piso. Una pena porque el personal es muy amable y diligente. El desayuno cumple su cometido, esta bien para el precio. El baño demasiado pequeño, pero estaba todo bien limpio. Las chicas del desayuno muy agradables y diligentes."
