This house for 10 people is rented in L’Escala. It is 5 minutes (350 m) walking to Montgó beach, restaurants, shops and supermarket.

The Montgrí Natural Park is 700 m away and the historic center of L'Escala is 3.8 km away.

The accommodation is distributed over 3 floors, has a garden with a private pool (from 12 x 4,70 m and 2 m deep), an outside dining area with portable barbecue, parasol and sun loungers.

The living room has air conditioning, TV with international channels and WiFi.

The kitchen is open to the dining room, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, it has a Nespresso coffee machine, and an American (filter) coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and exit to the outside.

This accommodation has five bedrooms: three bedrooms with double beds (150 cm and 160 cm) in each, and two bedrooms with two single beds (90cm) in each. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. All beds offer linens, duvets or blankets and pillows.

There are two toilets, a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Nice house, but bad agency

The house and the surroundings are beautiful. Very quite and near to the beach. The house was not very clean. Especially the terrace was full of bird poop and the cutlery was unfortunately still dirty when we arrived. In addition, the agency charged us extra for the cleaning of the terrace as there were some easy to clean children chalk paintings. We would have cleaned it by ourselfes, but since there was no waterhose to clean, it was not possible.

Fabulous!

We loved our stay! The house was so lovely better than we thought! Very spacious, clean and modern . We all had a great time and Cala montgo was a lovely nice quiet area! Will come back again!

Excelente... pequeños detalles por solucionar

La ubicación es muy buena. La casa esta bien mantenida. Algunos detalles con las puertas en general sonidos y llaves. Parrilla tendría que estar limpia. Pensamos que tener al menos un area pequeña de césped podría ayudar a los niños a tener un espacio adicional a la piscina.

Excelente casa para vacaciones

Muy cerca de la playa y supermercados. La nevera de la cocina no cerraba bien, además hay que tener en cuenta que las 2 habitaciones del nivel superior son juntas, no hay entrada separada. Pero la casa está muy bien ubicada, área de lazer es muy buena con una barbacoa excelente!
