Great place to stay in Escala

Amazing hotel very well situated in the walk zone of Escala. Hotel newly renovated and staff super friendly. Breakfast looked average at best.

The rooms are still very nice , staff really friendly. After several stays , we begin to notice usage damage in the bathroom.

Lots of development work directly outside the hotel at the moment but it didn’t bother me. The hotel is perfect, central, excellent condition, lovely buffet breakfast and friendly helpful staff. I’d recommend for anyone in the area.

Modern hotel

Good enough that we came back for a second stay during our vacation. Clearly, the larger room was more comfortable than the smaller room we had on the second stay, but the staff was very friendly both times.

Superb!

Very clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. The room itself is spacious enough and actually has an area with a small table and two chairs, which gave extra comfort. Also, the mattress is superior: new and firm. All in all, a great hotel.

Lovely hotel

Hotel was lovely, unfortunately there was mere town improvement works being carried out so the main paseo was closed along with several access roads, which was challenging. Otherwise lovely hotel, reception staff and location.

Lovely hotel

We really enjoyed our one night stay at Hotel Voramar. Everything was excellent- the staff, the room, the location. And we could park our bikes overnight in a secure store.

Our family’s stay at Hotel Voramar was fantastic. The property is immaculate, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location is central to many delicious restaurants, a amusement park, beautiful beaches, and a lovely walk to the fine sand beaches and ancient ruins of Empúries. My only regret is that we could not extend our stay at Hotel Voramar and charming L’Escala. Highly recommend Hotel Voramar!

Clean and well-positioned hotel. It was very quiet, not sure if due of off-season. The mattress is superior. And a special shoutout to a friendly and helpful young gentleman at the reception.

What a lovely hotel and stay! We had a fourth floor balcony with an ocean view and we couldn’t be more pleased. We were greeted with such care and offered a great suggestion for dinner after a long day of traveling. The location couldn’t have been better. I would love to visit L’Escala again and would not consider staying anywhere else!

Lovely hotel in a beautiful city

The view from the hotel was magnificent, especially with the morning sun glancing off the sea. Very close to lots of restaurants and beaches. 2 things to consider: there is private parking but it costs 15 euros a day. The view from the front of the hotel is a bit ruined by the defunct outdoor swimming pool (i heard it was due to a new law)

Great for short break.

Rooms were a bit noisy. Heard neighbour snoring, dog in corridor barking and scraping of chairs above us. Staff were very friend. Position was great for all restaurants.
