Romeu house has a terrace with barbecue to enjoy with family and friends and is just 15 minutes walk from the beach, supermarkets and a beautiful promenade where you will find many beaches along San Martí d'Empúries.

Access to the house, the apartment, the garden and the swimming pool are exclusively for the tenants.

The owners live on the ground floor, they have independent access.



With more than seven kilometers of coastline, L'Escala is a corner that adapts to the tastes of any bather.
