Spectacular duplex apartment in l'Escala located just a few steps from Riells beach, the Old Town and all services.
The building is located right on the Riells beach.
On the first floor you will find a very spacious living-dining room with spectacular views of the sea, an American kitchen and access to the balcony. It has a sofa bed.
On the second floor you will find the rooms, all of them have an incredible view of the sea. It has 2 bedrooms (a suite bedroom with a 150cm bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, and another bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm), 1 bathroom with a shower, and access to a large terrace with sea views where you can enjoy their meals.
There is an outdoor parking space and air conditioning at your disposal.
The duplex is fully equipped and has a washer-dryer.
It is an ideal space to relax and spend some magnificent holidays on the Costa Brava.
Riells beach, which is only 50 meters from the apartment, is very wide and very shallow. It is perfect for families! At 50 meters from the apartment there is an amusement park for children.

In total the apartment can sleep 6 people.

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
