"Beautiful room and view. Great staff in everywhere except the lobby bar. Took 30 min to get a drink. I actually googled when they opened cause the staff looked all very new. Was shocked to so how long it had been open. Breakfast was stunning. Room was 10/10. Too many Americans being ‘loud and American’ all over resort. Ahaha"

"Great stay, comfortable room, great amenities, my only complaint is that the staff wouldn't let anyone check in a minute early - regardless of if a room was ready. While I know and understand when check-in is (3pm), many hotels are perfectly fine with a 2:30 check-in if a room is ready."
