Beautiful air-conditioned apartment in downtown of l'Ile-Rousse at 50m of the beach

Overlooking one of the most beautiful bays of the Mediterranean, north west Corsica in the heart of Balagne, Ile Rousse is a must mixing conviviality and well-being for the whole family.
The apartment is close to Place Paoli and the Market Hall. You can indulge in the shaded sidewalk cafes, or stroll on a bench and admire the simplicity of life. And if you want a little entertainment, a ride on the improvised petanque reserve you some nice moments of relaxation.
L'Ile-Rousse, are also three beautiful sandy beaches. Everyone will find happiness: sailing club, jet skiing, towed buoys for most sports, sunbeds and tanning las aficionados of the sun, not to mention the preferred soil of our beautiful darlings who can invent wonderful stories of castles sand ...
But Ile-Rousse is not only the sea! You can explore the villages that made history: Corbara, Monticello, Pigna and Santa Reparata reveal their secrets turning a cobbled street or square. And if you feel like taking, hiking trails allow you to walk in the footsteps of the old mule Balagne. Idéalement placé

Cet appartement en plein cœur du centre historique de l île rousse permet d avoir accès aux plages et aux commerces en qq minutes. Le seul bémol est la difficulté à se garer, mais en cherchant on peut trouver sur la route qui mène à la pietra. Ile rousse est idéalement situé à 20 mn de calvi, 1 heure de st florent, 1 heure de corte...donc plage et montagne très vite accessibles. Mention particulière pour les bons contacts avec la propriétaire et la gestionnaire.
