The apartment is located on the heights of Ile Rousse in a brand new building (2018) of 9 apartments. The apartment is luxury and very well equipped. You understand, this is our Paolina second home
It is very comfortable and the terrace is very large (26 m2). On the terrace table and 6 chairs and garden furniture make the living room as soon as it is good.
The town center of Ile Rousse and its shops are all close (1,5 km) but it is better to have a car because it goes up strong to return

Perfekt war, dass wir gleich morgens nach Ankunft mit der Fähre in die Wohnung konnten. Apartment liegt am Hang, somit der herrliche Meerblick, hat einen eigenen Parkplatz, der ziemlich beengt ist, wobei wir Glück hatten, da der Parkplatz nebenan immer frei war. Stilvolle Einrichtung, tolle Ausstattung, mit allem was man braucht, wenn man kocht. Schöne Raumaufteilung. Die beiden Schlafzimmer, die wir benutzt haben und das Wohnzimmer sind je mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet (das Schlafzimmer mit dem Stockbett hat keine Klimaanlage) Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Appartement tout à fait conforme à l’annonce Emplacement exceptionnel On ne se lasse pas de la vue On ne quitte pas la terrasse : un merveilleux atout qui nous permet de vivre du matin au soir On y admire les levers du soleil sur la mer et les sommets ainsi que les couchers de soleil La résidence est très calme Les sentiers de randonnée sont juste derrière Excellents échanges avec les propriétaires Juste envie d’y revenir très vite

Cet appartement est un des meilleurs que nous ayons eu pour des vacances : les pièces sont spacieuses, il y a beaucoup de rangements et une décoration agréable. La cuisine est toute équipée et très fonctionnelle, le reste des commodités est très complet : wifi (box), lave-linge (pratique quand on a une petite valise avec peu de vêtements !), table à repasser et fer, tout est pensé comme à la maison. La terrasse a été notre zone préférée, c'est une véritable pièce en plus avec une vue magnifique sur tout le golfe et le Cap Corse. Le coin est calme, sur les hauteurs de l'Île Rousse, avec la nature juste derrière le bâtiment. Cette vue a donc son petit défaut, forcément : il faut compter environ 25-30 minutes à pied jusqu'à la plage (en partie possible sur un sentier). Mais pour compenser, un hypermarché, un cinéma et une pharmacie sont à 8 minutes à pied, c'est très pratique. Nous conseillons à 100% !

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist etwas oberhalb in L'Ile Rousse, man hat eine tolle Aussixht von der sehr großen Terasse auf den Ort. Alles ist wie beschrieben, wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, hier hat man an ALLES gedacht. Nur Wäsche hatten wir selber dabei. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Man kann abends zu Fuß in den Ort gehen (ist aber ein recht steiler Anstieg danach von ca 20 min). Parken ist unten auch kein Problem. Der Ort ist supernett, mit vielen netten Restaurants und Cafés sowie Eisdielen. Wir haben von dort die Dörfer der Balagne besichtigt oder waren an den tollen, nahen Stränden Bodri beach und Ghjunchitu (mit dem Auto max. 10min). Im Juni hatte an den Stränden keine Beachbar offen (also selbst versorgen).aber diese sind wirklich traumhaft. Der große Leclerc Supermarkt ist 5 Autominuten weg. Auch tolle Badegumpen im Fluss erreichten vorher in ca 40min. Das Einzige, was ein bisschen störte war die schwierige Einfahrt in den zugewiesenen Parkplatz am Hang und die steile Fahrt zu dem Anwesen. Aber das ist typisch Korsika und Übung macht den Meister. Die Kommunikation mit Marjory war perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder hierher in die tolle Wohnung!

L’appartement est magnifique et très bien équipé, que ce soit en électroménager, meubles, décoration etc... Les pièces à vivre et chambres sont très agréables et les deux douches ajoutent du confort. Le calme et la vue grandiose sur l’île rousse et sa baie complètent le total bien être de cet appartement! Sans compter la sympathie du propriétaire! Nous recommandons vivement!
