The property is not private as the host’s Mother resides downstairs and there are curtains missing from the windows etc. Having read positive reviews by other guests we were excited to stay at this property, however, had to leave within 20 mins of arrival and check into hotel based on smell. "Fairly recent refurbishment means everything is modern. Wonderfully comfortable bed, cabin shower room & plenty of USB charging points. A TV but only tab & chair in the room but a bar in reception. Restaurants nearby. Has restored my faith in IBS Hotels - well done"
