"Expedia sells this as a 3-star hotel. This is a vacation rental property with no frills. When we landed at the property at 7:30pm, they had left the chalet open with the key in the door (that at least, they communicated with us about), the bed unmade, and no soap or amenities to talk about. When I messaged them, they said that this was a holiday rental property and not a hotel and they did not do beds or provide soap etc. I am not sure how to trust Expedia and their rating system after this. Very disappointing!"

"Great location for people who are interested in history. There are lots of sites to visit within 40-50 minutes drive. The weather was mixed but we still managed to swim in the pool every day even though it was unheated. Good range of walks as well. "

"The house was a little basic and the only shower was a hand held over the bath. However, those were the only negatives. The pool was amazing and even though it was really hot weather, the house stayed relatively cool. Thank you to Yvan for his welcome"
