"This is a very spacious apartment in the center of Seville. The apartment is very modern, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed including a great American drip coffee maker. We were able to walk to all the major sites (cathedral, barrio/Santa Cruz, Alcázar) Also, 2 blocks to cross the river to Triana and enjoy the beautiful river view walk. "Alfalfa is a lovely neighborhood with many plazas and stores/restaurants, yet the apartment is on a side street that is fairly quiet. And it is surprisingly close to all the important attractions: 10 -15 minute walk to everything. We are two retired couples and would stay here again. Listing is accurate."

If your jaw doesn’t drop when you walk in to this luxury space with unrivaled views of the Catedral and Giralda tower I don’t know what to tell you. "The apartment was just as advertised. Fabulous location within walking distance to everything. A couple blocks from Las Setes, lots of restaurants nearby (our favourite was Le Sede), quiet street, quiet, secure building, perfect for a family of 4. The roof top terrace was a great place to hang out when we weren’t out exploring Seville. Beds were comfy, good showers, AC worked when we needed it. Highly recommend this place - everything went smoothly with no surprises."

The property is in need of small improvements that could easily be made. The balcony handle is hanging by a thread (as is one of the towel rails) There could be more variety of plates.
