"We would definitely stay here again. We had a comfortable, pleasant room. The HVAC worked very well. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was spotless. The breakfast was fantastic! We took off a star because we had some trouble with the WiFi and the room lacked a few things we would have liked to have: facial tissues, hair conditioner, and a full length mirror. The Rambla was under construction, but that is not the hotel’s fault. Overall, we were really happy with our stay."

"Fantastic location, very helpful staff, incredible roof garden, comfortable beds, and a 3-star Michelin restaurant on the ground floor. All good. But the recent renovation is a hot mess IMHO. My little room had 13 doors: single doors, double doors, sliding doors, pocket doors, glass doors, you name it. Then the textures: real brick, fake brick, pleather, glass, gold trim, 3 or 4 different types of wood paneling, and 4 types of tile in the bathroom. Exhausting. All this imagined by renowned interior designer Mercè Borrell. Okay."

"This is the second time I stayed at this property. The staff is amazing, they were extremely helpful. The had us in a room with a queen bed, the bed was quite small for a queen. I asked to be changed to a room with a king bed and they accommodated us immediately and moved our stuff for us. They upgraded us for no charge into a bigger room with a larger bed. Will stay at this property again in the future."
