Beim CheckIn wäre es sinnvoll vielleicht auf das WLAN einzugehen und darauf hinzuweisen, dass das Tor einfach zugezogen wird. The property details also changed between the time that we booked and when we arrived - it originally said 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5 with the sofa bed) and a pool, but after we got there and saw the place, we went back to the listing and it said 1 bedroom (with a single bed in the area between the bedroom and the washroom and space...
