"Very bad experience. The check-in is very complicated and finding the good parking too! After visiting 2 different apartments, we settle in without towels, without toilet papers and without bedding for my son. Very disappointed and hopefully we were staying just for one night! Try to communicate by WhatsApp, text… nothing! "
