"My family of 4 stayed at Ocean Tide for 9 days in July 2023. The property is effectively a lower ground floor apartment consisting of a bedroom wing along a corridor and a huge open plan living area. The propery is very large ! When you initially walk in it seems overwhelming in a good way. Others have noted that there isn't really any outdoor space but this did not cause us an issue during our stay, we enjoyed using that vast living area in the evenings. "Amazing first floor apartment in fantastic location - within a few steps of Arrecife''s beautiful historic waterfront (known as El Charco, with a terrific range of tapas bars & restaurants) but situated down a very quiet side street. "Simple property, great value for money. Great sea views - both front and back of property. Easy walk to restaurants. Pool was lovely. Snorkelling in cove just next to the apartment was beautiful. Quick transfer from the airport - hire car not necessary. Owner met us at the apartment for check in and was able to provide flexibility for our early arrival. "It was our second time staying at this lovely apartment. We enjoyed the last time so much we decided to return. It is clean, spacious, well furnished and conveniently located close to both the beach and local shops. It is also quiet at night and well ventilated thanks to fans in the adult bedrooms and a fan and air-conditioning unit in the sitting room. "Great quiet location minutes walk from good restaurants and the beach we were met by the owner Jorge who explained everything to us, throughout the whole booking process Jorge has been most helpful answering any queries very quickly even arranged for flowers to be delivered for my wife’s birthday the apartment itself is stunning really beautiful comfortable place to stay all the facilities were exceptional will no doubt stay there again in the future ."

"Had a wonderful weeks stay. Everything is walkable if your fit and able, even the bus top to go to other destinations on the Island. A couple of decent local restaurants in the nearby port and the new shopping mall, both within 8-10 mins walk. Property was great and obviously recently refurbished. Great place to stay if you want to be away from the normal hustle of a tourist resort like Puerta Del Carmen or Teguise."
